Baby/Child Osteopathy
Baby and child osteopathy is a gentle and effective way to help with a range of conditions. I use gentle cranial techniques and massage to help the baby's body to develop optimally, with a child-friendly, safe, and gentle approach to ensure your baby is comfortable throughout the treatment.
Osteopathy can help children to overcome physical pain and discomfort related to growing pains, sports injuries development issues, and more. A referral will be offered where necessary.

Massage is designed to help reduce pain and tension, improve circulation, and restore balance to the body. I use a variety of techniques to target specific areas of discomfort and provide relief, which include Sports Massage, Swedish Body Massage, and osteopathy techniques.

Reflexology
There is evidence to suggest that reflexology techniques were practised in ancient Egypt, India and China, and is thought to work in a similar way to acupuncture, encouraging the body to re-balance its life-force energy, or Qi. Pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet which are connected to specific parts of the body.

Reflexology can promote relaxation, ease stress, help relieve pain, tension, improve circulation and enhance well-being. Reflexology is often used as a complementary treatment to counter the side-effects of cancer treatment.
