Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a simple, gentle approach to emotional wellbeing. It combines focused attention with tapping on specific points on the body. : Roger Callahan claimed tapping unblocks qi (energy) and clears encoded "perturbations" in a person's thought field.

During a session, you focus your attention on a particular feeling, thought or experience while gently tapping through a sequence of points. This process may help to reduce the intensity of uncomfortable emotions and encourage a greater sense of calm and emotional balance.

TFT may be helpful for people experiencing stress, anxiety, fear, overwhelm or emotional distress. It can also be used to support you when working with upsetting memories or experiences.

Reflexology
There is evidence to suggest that reflexology techniques were practised in ancient Egypt, India and China, and is thought to work in a similar way to acupuncture, encouraging the body to re-balance its life-force energy, or Qi. Pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet which are connected to specific parts of the body.

Reflexology can promote relaxation, ease stress, help relieve pain, tension, improve circulation and enhance well-being. Reflexology is often used as a complementary treatment to counter the side-effects of cancer treatment.
